Tom Robinson -- artist, curator, competition founder ,innovator -- has been a force in the Chicago art scene for over 30 years.

Today Tom is a working artist in his new 3000 sq. ft. North Avenue studio. As a multi media artist Tom creates oil paintings, figure drawings, sculpture, photography and site specific furniture and lighting

Over the years he has been influenced by the Bauhaus Movement,  Joseph Cornell, Horst Janssen, William Kentridge, and Japanese Anime and Oriental Joinery. He was recently commissioned by Red Moon for five piences to be included in the renovation project of Chicago's Spertus Museum.
